My 22 Days Success Story

In January 2016, after realizing I had gained 10 pounds over the holiday season, I decided to take action and resolve this issue. I purchased the book The 22 Day Revolution by Marco Borges and was committed to trying this plant based program.  I’ll admit I was very skeptical. Besides the promises of fast weight loss in a short period of time, I was very leery of going 22 days without animal protein.

Although, I spend my days caring for the wellness of others, I have been guilty of taking care of everyone else, but myself. I generally have good habits, but during the last holiday season, I engaged in a bit too much “holiday cheer” and gained 10 pounds.
