Pre Holiday Slim Down: 3 Week Plant Based Diet


So, today I’m going on a 3 week plant based and alcohol free eating program so I can lose a bit of body fat before the end of the year.

Why start eating clean/cleaner Jan 1st? I’m starting TODAY 😀 to bring in the new year with a better MASON’d body. 😉

Day 1 Meal Plan:
Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats with blueberries, bananas & pecans
Lunch: Heart of Palm salad over Quinoa
Dinner: Vegetable curry over rice
